​The Bancroft Leadership Centre

We are very proud of our Bancroft Leadership Center staff.  We hire responsible university/college students and graduates, many of whom have extensive camp experience.  Most of our staff have grown up at the BLC and as a result believe in and display our values in all that they do.  All of our staff will have gone through an interview process, have completed a criminal reference check and will have attended a training session prior to our current season.  All of our staff are certified in Standard First Aid and CPR - Level C and will have the appropriate certifications to run the programs that we offer on-site, specifically, NLS (National Lifeguard Service) for all waterfront activities.  We are confident that you will find our staff friendly, professional and extremely competent.
